Questionnaire containing a series of questions about readiness based on the four aspects mentioned earlier were distributed to medical undergraduates. In this study, we associated socio demographic profile of the lecturers and medical undergraduates with the readiness towards mobile learning. The data was analysed using chi-square test. Results: Data revealed that only 22.16% of medical undergraduates are ready for mobile learning. As for lecturers, 8.9% of them are fully ready for mobile learning. For medical undergraduates. the finding shows that there is significant association between mobile learning readiness with age and phases of medical programmes (p-value less than 0.05). For lecturers. there is no significant association between mobile learning readiness and socio demographic profile since the sample size is not enough. Conclusion: The findings indicated that in order to adapt and implement mobile learning in education specifically among lecturers and students. many efforts and the four readiness aspects should be highlighted and improved. There is no significant association between socio demographic profiles of lecturers and medical undergraduates with mobile learning readiness. However, medical undergraduates clinical/preclinical study phase showed significant result which very much means that the study phases can be associated with mobile learning readiness.
