Hartley (Rutaceae) has resulted in the isolation and identification of three
flavonoids, ayanin, ombuin and kumatakenin, two coumarins, umbelliferone
and scopoletin and p-sitosterol. The structures of these compounds were
determined by detailed spectroscopic methods.
