| Summary: | This project is regarding of development of Malaria Diagnosis Expert System. The system is designed for the children whose ages of 1 to ages of 12. Expert systems are systems which are capable of offering solutions to specific problems in a given domain or which are able to give advice, both in a way and at level comparable to that of experts in the field. Medicine is a fruitful application area for expert systems. An expert system must deal with situations in which complete information is not available. Just as a doctor all too often has to make a judgement without a perfect knowledge of a patient's symptoms or despite the fact that a disease is imperfectly understood, so Expert system must operate in the same circumstances. It also used as part of the decision mechanisms that control directly some aspects of the operation. The forte of my system is diagnosis and treatment recommendation, and such system is widely used in the management of complex system as well as in the management of patients. To develop a usable expert system that is acceptable to its users, the factors of technically acceptable, ergonomically acceptable, organizationally acceptable and ethically acceptable have to be considered. |
