Summary:This research was conducted to determine the acceptance and satisfaction of internet banking among University Putra Malaysia academic staff. 300 staffs were chosen as respondents to answer the research questionnaire. The method used to collect the data from the respondents was stratified random sampling method. The antecedent variable was the background of the respondents. Acceptance and satisfaction of internet banking was identified as the independent variable. For the dependent variable, it was the usage of the internet banking. From the results given by the respondents, most of them were using the service such as balance enquiry, payments, and transfer money. Most of the respondents does not use for online stock. Although internet banking can make their life easier, most of them were still worry about the security of the bank. This is because they were worry that their information will stolen by hacker if they doing transaction online. Results from t-test shown that there were no significant relationship between gender, acceptance and satisfaction of internet banking (p>0.05). Pearson correlation test shown that there is a significant relationship between acceptance and satisfaction of internet banking among UPM academic staff (p≤.01). As an implication, government should enforce the law so that user will feel safe while doing transaction over the internet.
