| Summary: | Visitors to Muzium Padi pursue a range of recreational activities besides getting information on culture, history and natural heritage of the country. The display of the exhibits and supportive facilities are important factors influencing visitor’s enjoyment and appreciation of a natural and cultural entity. The main objective of the study is to assess the satisfaction levels of visitors towards the display of exhibits and supportive facilities at Muzium Padi. An Index satisfaction was formulated to indicate the value of these assessments. The results show that the Satisfaction Index for the display of the exhibits are influenced by ticket counter, fresh air, brochure, landscape, interpretation board, student and learning. Visitors were satisfied with the supportive facilities if they feel that they gain knowledge from the visit to Muzium Padi and feel comfortable in the galleries. |
