| Streszczenie: | A study of the inheritance and linkage relationships amongst the genes coding for certain isozymes in Solanum melongena L. and its allied species was carried out using starch gel electrophoresis. Three isozymes, SDH, PER and MDH were found to be polymorphic among the parents an their F1 and F2 progenies. Statistical tests indicate that the gene loci of SDH and PER are closely linked on the same chromosome. |
