The parameters can usually be computed with reasonably high accuracy from the ephemeris information given in the image "leader file". geocoding using only the empheris information can give a relative accuracy of about 60 m. The parameters of the model can further be refined with ground control points. Because of high correlation between certain parameters, only 7 parameters need to be refined.
