A total of ninety commercial Japanese quails of 4-week-old were segregated into 2 groups namely the control and IBD groups. The IBD group challenged quails were inoculated with a total of 0.1ml of vvIBDV identified as UPM 0311; 0.05ml was inoculated via intraocular route followed by 0.05ml given orally with the viral titer of 10 EID50/0.1ml. | ||
